Former North Carolina running back brings his electric rushing ability to the New York Jets after the team selected him in the fourth round of the NFL Draft. Carter spent four seasons at UNC and emerged on the scene his freshman year, scoring 8 touchdowns and having two games of 100-plus rushing yards for a bad Tar Heels' team. (Inside Carolina)
