Tar Heels ready to contend for College Football Playoff

While much of the discussion around North Carolina's ceiling in 2021 will be dominated by a focus on Sam Howell, the sub-headlines are the reasons to think of the Tar Heels as a team that can stay in the top 10 throughout the season.
