Even in a pandemic, seeing seniors committing to colleges sight unseen was a bit unsettling. “I couldn’t help but to think about how crazy that would feel to commit somewhere I’ve never been to,” Rice said. The unimaginable was forced on seniors after the COVID-19 pandemic shut down sports.
