Looking Ahead: Kerwin Walton

Kerwin Walton can flat out shoot the basketball, as he showed last season. And while he wasn’t particularly strong defensively, didn’t often set up teammates with his passing wizardry, and didn’t sky above the rim to snare rebounds, he did shoot it, and that was big for the Tar Heels. For the season, Walton converted 42 percent from three-point range. (Tar Heel Illustrated)
