Every Four-Year UNC Student Since 1977 Has Been On Campus for a National Championship

They call it the University of National Champions for a reason. On Sunday, the North Carolina Field Hockey team defeated Michigan 4-3 in overtime team to secure its third-straight national title and ninth overall under coach Karen Shelton. With the win, every four-year UNC student since 1977 has been on campus for at least one National Championship.
