Emily Fox navigating uncharted territory in NWSL debut

Racing Louisville FC will kick off the season Saturday, and is ready to help lay the foundation for the new franchise. Fox, the No. 1 pick in the 2021 NWSL draft, was a four-year starter at UNC and led the Tar Heels to back-to-back College Cup appearances in 2018 and 2019. Being drafted by a first-year NWSL club poses a unique situation for Fox. (Louisville Courier-Journal)
