Source: Efton Reid Committed to Jeff Capel, Pitt before Backing Out, Picking LSU


Jeff Capel has worked hard since arriving at Pitt to recruit top level talent. He was really close with five-star center and in fact, the Panthers thought they had him, but he ended up committing to LSU. It’s challenging enough for Pitt to land five-star talent but the details of this situation no doubt have the Pitt coaches more than frustrated. (Pittsburgh Sports Now)
