ESPN NFL Draft analyst Mel Kiper Jr. published his first rankings for the 2022 NFL Draft on Thursday, with UNC junior quarterback Sam Howell listed as the No. 12 overall prospect. Howell is the No. 2 ranked quarterback behind Oklahoma’s Spencer Rattler, with both players among the gambling odds favorites to win the Heisman Trophy this year as well. (Chapelboro.com)
