Eight Tar Heels Named to Inside Lacrosse Women’s All-American Teams

A total of eight Tar Heels were named to the women’s All-American teams by Inside Lacrosse on Friday, highlighted by a whopping five First Team selections. Jamie Ortega and Katie Hoeg joined Ally Mastroianni, Emma Trenchard, and Taylor Moreno in earning First Team honors. Caroline Wakefield and Catie Woodruff each were selected to the Third Team.
