Sam Howell, Storm Duck named top 5 in ACC per Pro Football Focus

On Saturday, Pro Football Focus’ Anthony Treash ranked his top returning players in the Atlantic Coast Conference and taking the top spot is QB Sam Howell. His teammate, UNC defensive back, Storm Duck was named No. 5 which gave the Tar Heels two top five players. In his two seasons in Chapel Hill, Howell has thrown for 7,227 yards and 68 TDs.
