Two years into his college career, North Carolina Tar Heels quarterback Sam Howell has already shot to the top of draft boards everywhere for the 2022 NFL Draft and is regarded as one of the top players in college football in 2021. Former North Carolina receiver and Washington third-round draft pick Dyami Brown gave a ringing endorsement of Howell.
