After missing out one 2022 quarterback recruit, North Carolina football is making a late push for another. The Tar Heels offered three-star dual-threat quarterback Conner Harrell, a rising senior who led Alabama’s Thompson High School to a perfect season and a news-making state title win last fall. Harrell had an elite junior season in Alabaster, Alabama.
