No rest for Labor Day
Posted Aug 31, 2005
The big one will be played on Labor Day, with Miami visiting rival Florida State. Unfortunately for North Carolina, the Tar Heels must sit and watch the tube with everyone else until finally opening against Georgia Tech in Atlanta on Sept. 10. Whether UNC or its fans like this development in the schedule really doesn't matter at this point. It is what it is, and all the Tar Heels can do is use the early games to fuel their excitement for a new season.
