Erin Matson Named NFHCA South Region Player of the Year


Add another award to the trophy case of UNC star , who was selected Monday as the National Field Hockey Coaches Association South Region Player of the Year. Matson scored the overtime game-winner in the Tar Heels’ NCAA championship game win over Michigan, giving coach ’s program its third straight national title. (Chapelboro.com)
