DeLoss Dodds hints Texas would have preferred ACC when almost darting from Big 12


The Texas Longhorns are a staple of Big 12 college football in the middle of the country. It’d be hard to picture that football brand in a different conference, playing a different set of opponents. Former Athletic Director DeLoss Dodds teased a potential move back in 2010 when he joined the On Second Thought podcast. Texas nearly left the Big 12 entirely. (247 Sports)
