Town of Chapel Hill Proclaims June 2, 2021 'Roy Williams Day'


Chapel Hill Mayor Pam Hemminger declared that June 2, 2021, will be remembered as Day. In the signed proclamation, Hemminger cited Williams' old-school values, love for UNC and its history, and generous donations to the university as reasons for the honor. She also congratulated the Hall of Fame coach on his three National Championships. (Inside Carolina)
