Former North Carolina running back Michael Carter is quickly ascending the New York Jets' depth chart. The fourth-round 2021 NFL Draft pick has flexed his pass-catching prowess and speed throughout Organized Team Activities and heads into mandatory minicamp as the Jets' presumed No. 1 back.
