Breaking down the top five offenses in college football entering 2021

North Carolina: Sam Howell will enter the season as one of the nation's top quarterbacks and will strive to up his draft stock to crack the top five selections. Sophomore receiver Josh Downs has shown promise. All five starters on the offensive line from last year return. If the Tar Heels can kickstart their ground game with new stars, the sky is the limit.
