A 5-star basketball recruit from Charlotte (NC) Combine Academy, Robert Dillingham is considered the No. 2 point guard in the 2023 class according to the 247Sports Composite. North Carolina is considered the strong favorite. There are currently three predictions in his Crystal Ball and all three are UNC. Tennessee and Texas offered him in May. (247 Sports)
