Josh Downs among college football potential surprise sleepers in 2021

Although he only had 3 regular-season receptions as a freshman, Josh Downs demonstrated why he’s ready to be one of the breakouts of the 2021 college football season. Downs snagged 4 receptions for 91 yards and 2 touchdowns in UNC's Orange Bowl loss to Texas A&M. Look for Downs to be quarterback Sam Howell's go-to guy this season.
