Who will fill the void left by Trevor Lawrence in 2021? No. 2 Sam Howell, North Carolina. Howell averages 10.3 yards per passing attempt the last two seasons, and he piled up 7,224 yards, 68 TDs and 14 interceptions in that stretch. He's been the centerpiece of a quick rebuild under Mack Brown, and the third-year starter should be even better as a junior.
