NC Linebacker Xavier Simmons Commits To Virginia Tech

Virginia Tech added its second football commitment of the night with the pledge of 3-star athlete Xavier Simmons. Simmons, who visited Virginia Tech officially a few weeks ago, is being recruited as a linebacker by the Hokies. Simmons is the second commitment of the weekend for Virginia Tech, joining 3-star tight end Matt Hoffman out of Pennsylvania. (247 Sports)
