Former North Carolina forward was a two-time first-team All-American in 1967 & 1968, two-time ACC Player of the Year, ACC Male Athlete of the Year, Patterson Medal recipient, named to ACC’s 50th Anniversary team, and his jersey is honored in the Smith Center.
