UNC Football starting to recruit at blue-chip level

In UNC's 2022 football recruiting class, after landing 4-star defensive end Beau Atkinson, UNC has five commitments total and four are of the 4-star variety. The others are ranked in the top 200. And of the 12 4-star recruits signed in 2021, 10 were ranked in the top 253. One of those 2021 signees was Drake Maye, another highly-ranked quarterback. (Saturday Blitz)
