North Carolina offensive lineman Asim Richards held his own as a first-year starter last season. And more importantly, the 730 snaps he played gave him tons of film to see the areas in which he performed well and what needed more work. So the latter has been a point of emphasis since the 2020 season concluded for the 6-foot-4, 325-pounder from Philadelphia.
