Sam Howell signs with Everett Sports Marketing for NIL

With the new NIL rules in place, North Carolina quarterback Sam Howell has a deal heading into the 2021 season with Everett Sports Marketing, according to a report confirmed by Howell on social media. He’ll be a Heisman favorite this season as the Tar Heels might have their best opportunity at winning the ACC and making the College Football Playoff. (247 Sports)
