Phoenix Suns forward Cameron Johnson made 11 regular-season starts but hasn't started an NBA postseason game. He made 9 of 16 3s in the series against the Clippers and 21 of 30 shots overall. But his defense was equally instrumental. "I told him he's a starter in this league," coach Monty Williams Williams said. "He has to see himself that way."
