Tar Heels must go deeper for backup quarterback

The North Carolina football team headed into training camp with little experience at quarterback. The Tar Heels will leave camp with even less. Reserve Roger Heinz, a sophomore who appeared at quarterback in UNC's 38-16 loss at Florida State last season, likely will miss the entire 2005 season because of an injured back.
