Dawson Garcia Officially Joins UNC Men's Basketball Roster

Dawson Garcia, who led Marquette in scoring and rebounding and was a member of the Big East Conference All-Freshman team in 2021, is transferring to play men's basketball at the University of North Carolina. A resident of Prior Lake, Minn., Garcia averaged 13.0 points and 6.6 rebounds for the Golden Eagles. He scored in double figures 17 times last season.
