Five-star power forward Jalen Washington committed to UNC on Friday. The 6-foot-9 big man from Gary (Ind.) West Side, ranked the No. 21 prospect in the country by the 247Sports Composite, picked UNC over offers from Alabama, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisville, Maryland Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Purdue, and Stanford.
