Sam Howell receives second team preseason All-American honors

Death, taxes, and UNC football star Sam Howell collecting preseason honors are all guarantees. Sporting News added to the honors by listing Howell as the nation's second-best quarterback, trailing Oklahoma’s Spencer Rattler. There’s no denying it's an honor to be viewed as a top-two quarterback in college football. However, some honors are still snubs. (Keeping It Heel)
