Plenty of buzz surrounds UNC going into year three of the Mack Brown era. Quarterback Sam Howell should be among the leaders for the Heisman Trophy. Many, including Phil Steele, pick Carolina to win the ACC Coastal Division. "The Tar Heels went from No. 103 on my experience chart up to No. 30 and I pegged them to be the best in the ACC Coastal."
