Team USA track star Kenny Selmon is set to make his Olympics debut in the 400-meter hurdles. The former UNC standout recorded a personal best 48.08 seconds in last month's Trials. Ahead of chasing gold, the self-proclaimed Waffle House enthusiast spoke about the importance of family during preparation, pre-race rituals, and of course, his go-to order.
