Omarion Hampton, a four-star Cleveland High School running back and the No. 4 rising senior in the state, will choose between North Carolina, Florida, and Penn State on Thursday at 2 p.m. UNC projects as a favorite to land Hampton, who has been one of North Carolina’s most dominant high school running backs over the course of the last two seasons.
