Four-star running back Omarion Hampton saw the recruiting landscape change in June, so he packed in a bunch of visits and is now set to announce his commitment. The Clayton (N.C.) Cleveland star will announce his college pick Thursday at 2 p.m. The No. 12-ranked running back in the nation has Penn State, Florida, and North Carolina as his finalists. (247 Sports)
