Eleven Tar Heels To Begin Play In New Athletes Unlimited Women's Professional Lacrosse League

Athletes Unlimited will launch its inaugural professional women's lacrosse season this weekend, beginning on Friday. Eleven former UNC players and assistant coaches will take part: Maggie Bill, Kristen Carr, Marie McCool, Amber McKenzie, Emily Parros, Sammy Jo Tracy, Caroline Wakefield, Caylee Waters, Kayla Wood, Katrina Dowd, and Sarah Brown.
