Hubert Davis receives final approval of coaching contract by UNC


The Board of Governors approved new UNC men’s basketball coach ’ contract Thursday, nearly four months after Davis succeeded . Davis, who was an assistant for the Tar Heels, signed a five-year deal with a base salary for $400,000 per year. The contract runs through 2026. The deal also includes performance bonuses. (MSN.com)
