It's Matt Baker's Field: Redshirt senior to take over as Heels' starting quarterback

Saturday's scripted scrimmage in Kenan Stadium gave UNC football coach John Bunting additional confidence in Matt Baker to handle the job, although he has not started a game in four previous seasons in the program. Baker completed 17 of 26 passes for 172 yards and a touchdown and took command of the offense, which Bunting wanted to see.
