Sam Howell Named ACC Football Preseason Player of the Year

North Carolina placed three players on the 2021 All-ACC Preseason Football Team announced Tuesday. UNC junior quarterback Sam Howell was chosen ACC Preseason Player of the Year and was joined on the All-ACC offensive team by lineman Joshua Ezeudu. Tar Heel sophomore cornerback Tony Grimes was named to the All-ACC defensive team. (The ACC)
