College football guru Phil Steele and creator of the Phil Steele College Football Magazine joined Inside Carolina football analyst Taylor Vippolis to discuss UNC’s upcoming season. Athlon Sports has UNC ranked at No. 10 in its preseason poll while Sporting News and ESPN both have the Tar Heels at No. 14. Steele has the Tar Heels projected to win the Coastal Division.
