This weekend, Mack Brown and the North Carolina football staff will have the chance to impress several top recruits as the Tar Heels host their annual Carolina Cookout. The design of the event is to get recruits on campus to check out Chapel Hill and enjoy the environment. Among the key recruits on campus today is 5-star offensive tackle Zach Rice.
