The state of North Carolina’s 2023 basketball recruiting class isn’t short on talent. Vertical Academy’s Mikey Williams and Combine Academy’s Robert Dillingham are 5-star recruits. But who’s next? Here are four players in the 2023 class and four players in the 2024 class who’ve seen their recruiting status rise after a summer of NCAA evaluation periods.
