Plenty of buzz surrounds North Carolina heading into year three of the Mack Brown era. The Heels are picked by many to win the ACC Coastal Division title. During ESPN's College Football Live on Tuesday, David Pollack and Joey Galloway were debating the over/under of 10 wins for the Tar Heels. Both are high on them as they enter year three under Brown.
