Sam Howell Tops Athlon's 2021 ACC Quarterback Rankings
Posted Aug 6, 2021
1. Sam Howell, North Carolina: Howell led all qualifying quarterbacks in the ACC last season with an average of 10.3 yards per attempt and he connected on 10 completions of 50-plus yards. While the skill talent around Howell is new this fall, don’t expect that to slow him down, as he’s poised for another big season and likely an early departure to the NFL.
