Sparks fly at Heels’ practices

To suggest North Carolina’s first week of practices have been spirited would be an understatement. The Tar Heels continued their run of what coach John Bunting calls "good" practices Thursday, mixing numerous full contact drills high on intensity and hitting as well as instruction. They are eager to hit, eager to improve and eager to take that next, big step.
