8. North Carolina: The Tar Heels lose running backs Javonte Williams and Michael Carter and receivers Dyami Brown and Dazz Newsome. Sam Howell returns as one of the nation's top quarterbacks and Tennessee graduate transfer running back Ty Chandler should play a big role. Chazz Surratt is gone, but UNC should have one of the best ACC defenses.
