How UNC tight end Garrett Walston hopes to expand his role in passing game

UNC tight end Garrett Walston wanted to become a better blocker and route runner, and to do that he needed to increase his flexibility and agility. He took a very specific request to strength and conditioning coach Brian Hess to ask for a plan. Not just any plan, mind you. He wanted something that would incorporate elements to make him a complete player.
