North Carolina held its fourth preseason football practice on Sunday morning. Afterward, junior defensive tackle Tomari Fox, sophomore wide receiver Josh Downs, sophomore outside linebacker (hybrid) Desmond Evans, and sophomore defensive lineman Myles Murphy fielded questions.
