Wide Receiver Josh Downs Ready for Next Step at UNC

UNC sophomore receiver Josh Downs is expected to have a huge season. In the spring, coach Mack Brown didn’t sugarcoat how he felt about Downs. "Josh Downs looks great. He doesn't look 'good.'
