UNC coaches expect Josh Downs to have breakout season

North Carolina Tar Heels offensive coordinator Phil Longo could not help but light up when he talked about sophomore wide receiver Josh Downs (Video). "I smile every time I hear Josh Downs' name because this is a guy right now who has really done a very good job, as cliché as it sounds, at getting better every day that he's here," Longo said recently.
